Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zendatrip.com, we aim to offer flexibility and clarity for our customers. Below is a straightforward policy governing cancellations, refunds, and changes. By booking with Zendatrip.com, which operates in conjunction with América del Sur Tours, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the tour:

Eligible for a full refund without any cancellation charges.

- Cancellations made between and 14 days before the start of the tour: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking cost.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking cost.

2. Rescheduling and Changes - Changes made more than 72 hours before the start of the tour: You may reschedule your tour without any additional cost, subject to availability. - Changes made within 72 hours of the tour: Rescheduling will incur a fee of 10% of the total booking cost. ### 3. Refund Process All refunds are issued in euros (EUR), which is the currency in which all payments are processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Any delays caused by payment providers (such as banks or credit card issuers) are beyond the control of Zendatrip.com. ### 4. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure) In the event of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, governmental travel restrictions, or other uncontrollable situations (e.g., earthquakes, floods, political unrest), Zendatrip.com and América del Sur Tours reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. - Refunds in Case of Force Majeure: Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or a rescheduled tour, depending on the situation. You will need to provide valid documentation proving the circumstances to be eligible for a refund. - We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations due to force majeure, as Zendatrip will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by such events. ### 5. Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation, and credited back to the original payment method. Third-party payment processing times may vary. ### 6. No-Show Policy Failure to cancel or attend the tour without prior notice (within 72 hours before the tour) will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking cost. No refund will be issued. ### 7.
